The principle of the workshop is to handle Knowledge and Flavors, to develop a wide exeprtise of a number of cheeses and wines (not necessarily superior wine) who get married between them. Because an idea prevails in France that the cheese would claim red wine, we will see, it is not so.

Gilles Fumey, professor of food geography at the Faculty of Arts & Humanities Sorbonne Université, is leading this gastronomic tasting workshop on wine and cheese.
